Mr. Shell believes that Professionalism, Pride and Dedication is the key to a successful security career.  This also goes for The ACADEMY training that is offered.  The training not only consists of 8 hours of text book instruction, but an additional 4 hours of physical and hands-on instruction that is second to none.  All security officer and civilian participants are expected to give 100% course attention. After graduation in each course taken, ribbons are awarded to each participant.  A graduation ceremony is held in their honor with family participation.  Mr. Shell believes that hard work and dedication separates Security Guards from Security Officers.  Even though Alabama does not require licensing, Mr. Shell feels that when and if the state requires licensing, the officers that have attended and passed the written examination will meet and possibly exceed any training required by the state.

Certified Basic Security, Loss Prevention & First Responder Instructor by the Security Industry Association. Member of the A.L.E.R.T. Team (Alabama Elite Response Team) Member of the F.A.S.T. Team (Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team) 5 Years in The U.S. Air Force on the Elite Prime Beef War Prepardness Team Associate Degrees in both Business Management and Security Management Has applied for Instructor status in the States of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Tennessee Certified O.C. Spray and Tazer Instructor Cetrtified Expandable, Straight and PR-24 Batons Instructor Certified Self Defense, Women's Seld Defense, Firearm Safety and Use Instructor Certified Take Down Procedures, Handcuff and Hand Restraint Instructor Certified CPR / First Aid Instructor Has been in  the Security Field for 27 years
